Thanks for visiting TBL Consulting, LLC. Allow me to introduce you to the concepts, services, and approach of Sustainability through this About section.
As you may have read in the Bio section, I’m grounded in 25 years of non-profit experience with focus across human wellness and climate sectors. Continual exposure to these sectors at a high level pushed me to evolve my career in to a holistic, sustainability-focused consultancy.
My Style
You will find that I write conversationally. It’s intentional as relationships are established through conversations, not platitudes or sound bites. It’s efficient and people-centered.
Think of it this way: Picasso is well known for his geometric Cubist style which, at first glance, looks like he doesn’t know how to paint; however, he could only develop this style after being an accomplished Realist painter by studying technically from his father and various Schools of Fine Art. From a business perspective we’d say that Picasso “created value” in the art world by offering something beyond Realism for buyers to consider. And, indeed, he created dynamic cultural and sustainable value.
Likewise, building good strategy is part art form and part measurable. The goal will be to help you adopt the technical pieces that you feel comfortable with so that you can artfully create the value in your business, organization, or lifestyle.
One of the “paintbrushes” to do that is through comfortable conversation that reflects the medium.
